There are so many ways creativity can express itself in our lives. We may think,"I'm not a creative. I'm not artistic. I'm not a dancer or a singer. I'm embarrassed, I'm stuck. I don't know where to begin or what will open me up."

I am here to tell you.. if you are alive.. YOU ARE CREATIVE!! I am here to help guide you to and through these doorways. In a safe, sacred and joy filled way.. Even if we are working with some of the heaviest emotions, thoughts and crushing beliefs, I know we will find the hope, the Light and the creative expansion toward joy in the journey.

I also believe that you have much more within you than may be awakened at this time! So.. Great News, It all exists within you!

I believe we were each born with an inherited creative spark that we received from our Divine Creator. As we were made in the image of!

I believe it the Creator's great dream for us to all bring this Divine Creative Force to the Earth. To make meaning of our story and our life through creative expression that in turn gives permission and inspiration to other Divine Creative Sparks to LIGHT UP THE WORLD!!

I believe that in the midst of the creating and the freedom of expression there is a Holy Union which takes place between mind, body and Soul within the heart. I believe within this intimate space we hear the voice of the Divine Creative and we remember what we were truly made for.
